FLATE RATE SHIPPING Offer

Offer good on retail product orders within the continental U.S., only on economy ground shipments, and does not include rush/expedited shipping.  To qualify, entire order must be delivered to one address/destination (no split shipments).

Shipping Methods, Times & Charges

Cavichi ships ground via FedEx, UPS or the USPS, at its discretion.  Shipping times are typically based upon these ground services from Gainesville, GA, and take approximately 2-6 business days for domestic, continental U.S. orders.  International orders are handled on a case by case basis, depending upon the location of shipment.  Shipping charges are $5 flat rate shipping for retail product orders within the continental U.S. and are only on economy ground shipments, and do not include rush/expedited shipping.  The $5 flat rate shipping is per shipping destination, not per order.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments will require a signature unless customer requests that such will be waived.  In such case, customer accepts all responsibility for said shipment, and releases Cavichi from any liability of delivery success/status.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Custom/Personalized Items: Cavichi strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom/personalized item, you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit.  Returned items must be new and unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.  New and unused means item(s) must be in original/saleable condition, not used, dirty or washed.

Simply call us within 5 business days of receipt of the item via email at customercare@cavichi.com  or call us at 770.534.3327, and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days.  Please write the RAN on the box used to return your item(s).  Upon receipt of your approved return, Cavichi will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange, which will be billed to the same credit card.  Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Cavichi; all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.  We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage, as the customer is responsible for such item.

If an item is returned after the 10 business days valid for the RAN and/or Cavichi suspects that the item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.  Also if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase minus the appropriate full price of shipping costs (not to be discounted).

Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Custom Items: Any item that is customized or personalized is not returnable unless it is found to be defective at the fault of Cavichi.  All customized or personalized item sales are considered final.

Defective Products

We strive to not only manufacture the highest quality products, but also inspect all products prior to shipping.  If in the case that you receive a defective product from Cavichi, you may return such within 5 days of receipt/delivery of order (as per carrier documentation that order has been received).
Please follow the procedures in the above “Returns & Exchanges” section to return your product. If the damage(s) or defect(s) are deemed by CavichiTM to, indeed, be the fault of the company, then the full purchase price, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the card used for such purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cavichi works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP at 770.534.3327 and we will attempt to cancel your order.
